About Me

Based in London, Maya Bateman is a Welsh Actress who trained in Musical Theatre at LMA London. She is a highly skilled lyric soprano with a vocal range from C3 to C5 (belt to C5). Maya also has additional bases in Cardiff and Kent.

Throughout her training alongside performing on stage, Maya has taken on key roles to contribute to Creative Teams including Props Manager in Legally Blonde and Assistant Director in Les Miserables and We Will Rock You. Maya looks forward to her future in Musical Theatre, both onstage and offstage.

Alongside this, Maya also has a passion for Film and TV. She has had experience on set as an Supporting Artist in BBC’s Casualty and Sex Education Season 2. She thoroughly enjoyed her time on set and hopes to gain more experience as her career progresses.

Maya is very excited to see her career flourish wherever that may be and with whatever opportunities come her way.
